一、听见胜利：用无障碍专利跨越电竞边界
Sound of Victory: Bridging the Esports Frontier through Accessible Patents
该作品以视障电竞选手的真实经历为核心，紧扣大赛主题「规则改变者：知识产权驱动体育创新」，从三个维度展现体育与知识产权的深度联结：
This work centers on the real-life experiences of visually impaired esports athletes and aligns closely with the competition’s theme, “Rule-Breakers: Intellectual Property Driving Sports Innovation.” It illustrates the deep connection between sports and intellectual property from three perspectives:
作为视障人群，他们无法依靠视觉参与传统电竞，却借助专为残障群体研发的无障碍电竞技术、音频辅助系统、操作适配方案等创新成果，突破身体限制，站上电竞赛场。这些让“不可能”变为“可能”的技术与设计，正是知识产权保护下的体育创新。
As visually impaired individuals, they cannot participate in traditional esports through sight alone. However, by leveraging innovative technologies developed specifically for people with disabilities—such as accessible esports technology, audio assistance systems, and adapted control solutions—they have overcome physical limitations to take the stage in esports competitions. These technologies and designs, which turn the “impossible” into the “possible,” are precisely the kind of sports innovation protected by intellectual property rights.
实践证明：知识产权不只是抽象的法律规则，更是守护创新、改变规则、赋能弱势群体的真实力量。它保护着无障碍技术的研发动力，让体育不再只属于健全人，让电竞成为所有热爱者都能平等参与的运动。
Practice has proven that intellectual property is not merely an abstract set of legal rules, but a tangible force that safeguards innovation, changes the rules of the game, and empowers marginalized groups. It protects the driving force behind the development of accessible technologies, ensuring that sports are no longer the exclusive domain of able-bodied individuals and making esports a sport in which all enthusiasts can participate equally.
这部视频既是追逐电竞梦想者的记录，更是对“知识产权如何驱动体育革新、打破边界、重塑公平”的生动诠释——真正的体育精神，是用创新与规则，让每一个人都拥有上场的权利。
This video is not only a record of those pursuing their esports dreams, but also a vivid illustration of “how intellectual property drives sports innovation, breaks down barriers, and reshapes fairness”—the true spirit of sports is using innovation and rules to ensure that everyone has the right to compete.

本视频以南京聪狮队的成长故事为主线，围绕“狮以守正，知以护航；金陵筑梦，智启东方”的核心立意，全方位展现了知识产权如何真正驱动传统体育项目创新发展，与本次大赛“知识产权驱动体育创新”主题高度契合。
Centered on the growth story of the Nanjing Congshi Team, this video revolves around the core theme of “Lions Uphold Integrity, Knowledge Guides the Way; Jinling Builds Dreams, Wisdom Enlightens the East.” It comprehensively demonstrates how intellectual property can truly drive the innovative development of traditional sports, aligning perfectly with the competition’s theme of “Intellectual Property Driving Sports Innovation.”
视频中，南京聪狮队在保留醒狮非遗文化内核的基础上，对狮头造型、结构工艺及表演形式进行现代化创新，打造出更适合当代舞台与校园教学的器具与内容，这正是传统体育在新时代实现创新突破的生动体现。面对原创被抄袭、作品被模仿、运营成本高、发展难以为继的现实困境，团队深刻意识到知识产权对体育创新的重要保障作用，构建起完整的知识产权保护体系，为体育创新成果筑牢法律屏障。
In the video, the Nanjing Congshi Team, while preserving the cultural essence of the lion dance as an intangible cultural heritage, has modernized the lion head’s design, structural craftsmanship, and performance style. By creating props and content better suited for contemporary stages and campus education, the team vividly demonstrates how traditional sports can achieve innovative breakthroughs in the new era. Faced with the practical challenges of plagiarism, imitation, high operational costs, and unsustainable development, the team deeply recognized the crucial role of intellectual property in safeguarding sports innovation. They established a comprehensive intellectual property protection system to build a robust legal shield for their innovative achievements.
在知识产权的有效护航下，团队不仅有效遏制了抄袭侵权，更依托自主原创IP开发文创产品、开展品牌合作与校园授权，成功实现文化价值向经济价值的转化，稳定支撑队伍持续发展并正式开办武馆，进一步扩大醒狮文化的传承与推广。
Under the effective protection of intellectual property rights, the team has not only successfully curbed plagiarism and infringement but has also leveraged its original IP to develop cultural and creative products, engage in brand collaborations, and secure campus licensing agreements. This has successfully transformed cultural value into economic value, providing stable support for the team’s sustained development and enabling the formal establishment of a martial arts school to further expand the inheritance and promotion of lion dance culture.
与此同时，团队还将实践经验上升为学术研究，围绕传统体育、知识产权保护与非遗活化发表专业成果，参与教材编写，让知识产权意识与醒狮文化一同走进校园。整个故事完整呈现了“体育创新—知识产权保护—价值转化—长效发展”的完整链条，充分说明知识产权不仅是守护创新的底线，更是驱动传统体育不断革新、持续发展、走向未来的核心动力，深刻诠释了知识产权驱动体育创新的重要意义与时代价值。
At the same time, the team has elevated its practical experience into academic research, publishing professional works on traditional sports, intellectual property protection, and the revitalization of intangible cultural heritage, as well as participating in the compilation of educational materials, thereby bringing intellectual property awareness and lion dance culture into schools. This story fully illustrates the complete chain of “sports innovation—intellectual property protection—value transformation—sustainable development.” It demonstrates that intellectual property is not only the baseline for safeguarding innovation but also the core driving force propelling traditional sports toward continuous renewal, sustainable development, and a future-oriented path. It profoundly interprets the significance and contemporary value of intellectual property in driving sports innovation.
